Plaza de España in Seville (Spain) online puzzle
Seville lies in Andalusia, in the southern part of Spain. The Plaza de España is one of the landmarks of this large city – it is an impressive horseshoe-shaped square around which pavilions and galleries representing various architectural styles are located. The Spanish Square was designed by Aníbal Gonzáles for the Ibero-American Exposition organized in Seville in 1929. The square is dominated by a beautiful palace with a neo-Baroque façade, crowned by two corner towers. An artificial river flows through Plaza de España, crossed by four bridges symbolizing the four historical lands of Spain.
