Church of St. Nicholas in the Old Town in Prague (Czech Republic) online puzzle
The Church of St. Nicholas is one of the landmarks of the Old Town in Prague. It was built in the 18th century, in accordance with the design of the renowned architect Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer. The white facade of the temple is crowned with two towers and an octagonal dome. The inside of the dome is decorated with frescoes depicting the scenes from the life of St. Nicholas. This late Baroque church can be perfectly seen from the tower of the Old Town Hall. Nearby there is the statue of Jan Hus and the Church of Our Lady in front of Tyn. The second Prague church of St. Nicholas is located in the Prague's district of Malá Strana.
