Viaduct online puzzle
A viaduct is a kind of bridge, which, however, does not connect two banks of a river, strait or lake, but it is a kind of bridge for crossing a gorge or canyon. The viaduct allows you to cross a natural obstacle associated with the terrain, or build the road or railway line over the built-up area. The second type of bridge construction is also called a flyover. The history of viaducts dates back to the Roman times. Their name was created from the combination of the Latin words for "road" (via) and "lead" (duco).
