The center of Warsaw (Poland) online puzzle
Warsaw is a large city located in the Mazovian Voivodship and the capital of Poland. Warsaw lies on the Vistula River and is a modern European metropolis, a center of culture, commerce and business. Nevertheless, modern office buildings are not the city’s symbol, but the 237-meter Palace of Culture and Science, designed by Lev Rudnev. The building was opened in 1955 and was supposed to be a "gift from the Soviet people to the Polish nation". The building is located in Warsaw Parade Square and was originally known as the Joseph Stalin Palace of Culture and Science. Today it is home to many cultural and educational institutions.
