Church in Svaneke (Denmark) online puzzle
Svaneke Kirke is one of the most characteristic buildings in Bornholm. The temple was built on a small hill so it towers over the town. Its pointed black spire can be seen when calling at the harbor. On the site of the present-day church there had been a chapel in the 16th century, which was expanded over the years. The last major renovation of the temple was made in 1881. Svaneke Kirke is still distinguished by an unusual color of the façade and the characteristic half-timbered tower with a black spire topped with an image of a swan.
