Grand Palace in Bangkok (Thailand) online puzzle
The Chao Phraya River flows in western Thailand and at its eastern shore there is the impressive complex of buildings that make up the Grand Palace. The elements of traditional Thai architecture such as multi-layer roofs and golden ornaments attract the eyesight even from the distance. The Thai kings resided here from the 18th to the mid-20th century. Today the Palace hosts important state ceremonies. Some parts of the palace are available to visitors, there are also two museums nearby. The Wat Phra Kaew Temple, in which the Emerald Buddha figurine is stored, can be found within the palace complex.
