Ogrodzieniec Castle (Poland) online puzzle

Ogrodzieniec Castle is located in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland in south-east of Poland. It is a picturesque upland region with a characteristic landscape, dominated by large lime rock formations. Thanks to such natural topography it was an excellent place to build fortified castles, the number of which is quite a big one within the Upland. All of them can be visited and a tourist may travel along the Trail of the Eagles’ Nests. Ogrodzieniec is the largest and best preserved castle or the Trail. It was built in the 14th century by the knighthood family of Włodek Sulimczyk. The castle has not survived in its entirety, but its secret corridors and specious yards are still awe-inspiring.
