Imperia (Italy) online puzzle
Imperia lies in the Italian region of Liguria. The town, which owes its name to the river Impero that flows into the Ligurian Sea, was founded in 1923 with the merger of two small towns: Oneglii and Porto Maurizio. This seaside resort derives its income from tourism, however, part of the population still make a living out of fishing, growing flowers and trees, as well as olive trees. In Imperia there are nice, eighteenth-century houses, whereas in the vicinity of the port tourists can eat fresh fish and seafood or relax on a small beach.
