Amsterdam (Netherlands) online puzzle
Amsterdam is the constitutional capital of the Netherlands and the city called the Venice of the North due to the network of one hundred and sixty canals as well as the river Amstel. Most canals were built in the 17th century, when the city experienced the greatest growth. Amsterdam's trading traditions are emphasized by the beautifully restored merchant houses that were built in rows above the canals. Their colorful façades and quite fancy peaks are sometimes reflected in water. On the banks of canals small boats are moored, allowing efficient traveling around the city.
