Garden by historic houses on Christiansø (Denmark) online puzzle
Christiansø is the largest island in the Ertholmene archipelago in the Baltic Sea. There is a small settlement, which is inhabited by only a few dozen people. Most of the island's buildings date back to the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries, when the royal naval base was erected. Houses in Christiansø are particularly protected – they cannot be rebuilt, it is also impossible to build new ones. TV antennas have to be kept hidden so as not to spoil the historic façades. The buildings are decorated with semi-wild gardens and stone fences.
