The village of Velké Losiny is one of the best-known Czech spas. It is located in Moravia, historic land in the eastern part of the Czech Republic. The Renaissance palace built in the 16thcentury by Johann von Žerotína, a representative of an aristocratic family, is a landmark of this charming village. The white building is decorated with three-row arcades and an octagonal tower. Inside the palace in the courtroom, the famous witch trials were held and in their result many innocent people were burned at the stake. Today the building houses a museum, it is also surrounded by the beautiful park.
