Charming house in the village of Robin Hood’s Bay (United Kingdom) online puzzle
In the north-east of England there is North Yorkshire county, which is divided into seven districts. Scarborough is one of them and it is located on the North Sea. The picturesque fishing village of Robin Hood’s Bay is located in this districts, within the area of the North York Moors National Park. The village is surrounded by cliffs and there are many houses built of sandstone and covered with red roof tiles. Today most of the houses have been converted into suites and summer houses to let, however, the labyrinth of narrow steep streets, dense housing and presence of the port attracted smugglers in the past. It is not known whether Robin Hood visited the place himself, nevertheless, while walking along the streets of Robin Hood’s Bay it is easy to feel the unique atmosphere of the old English legends.
