Naples is a city located in the south-west of Italy. It is situated at the foot of the famous Mount Vesuvius. Its buildings fall towards the Bay of Naples in the Tyrrhenian Sea. Promenada Caracciolo is one of the most popular streets among tourists and it runs along the bay. The street was named after the well-known Naples patron saint, Francis Caracciolo. The promenade is adjacent to a large square, where tourists may sit in the shadow of Mediterranean trees. There are also cafes and restaurants that offer delicacies of the regional cuisine. Promenada Caracciolo is always very busy, as it is the favorite promenade among the residents of the city as well as visitors.
