Polish stamps from 1968 online puzzle
In 1968 the two major sport events took place – Summer Olympics in Mexico and Winter Olympics in the French town of Grenoble. THE World Gliding Championships that took place in Leszno, Poland were not that famous. However, all three events became the subjects of the Polish post stamps. Among the topics that were related to art painting was widely depicted, nevertheless the International Poster Biennale was also noticed. Children were happy with the series of stamps with cartoons’ characters.
