Different types of baker’s goods online puzzle
Baker’s goods is the common name for a group of products that are baked from flour and other ingredients: water, milk, eggs and yeast, as well as carefully selected spices and condiments. These products are an important component of our daily diet. Baker’s goods can be divided into dry and sweet, i.e. semi-confectionary. The latter may have tasty stuffing or be sprinkled with sweet sugar. The most popular types of baker’s goods, however, are traditional breads and rolls, made from wheat or rye flour, as well as the one made with fermented rye or yeast. The dough is sometimes enriched with small grains as well as sunflower or pumpkin seeds, and its top is usually sprinkled with poppy seeds, sesame seeds or oatmeal just before baking.
