Milk online puzzle
Milk is one of the products that is used in a number of world’s cuisines. Cow’s milk is the world’s most popular milk, however, in some regions other kinds of milk are also willingly drunk, e.g. in the high mountains people drink milk of animals which are well-adjusted to life in difficult natural conditions. In the Himalayas milk of yaks is used, in the high Andes – milk of llamas, and in Lapland – of reindeer. Milk of some species is used in the process of production of well-known traditional cheeses. Traditional mozzarella is made of buffalo’s milk whereas Podhale’s oscypek (smoked cheese) is made solely of sheep’s milk.
