Polish dill soup online puzzle
Dill is a very common ingredient of Polish dishes. During Polish summer dill is added to sandwiches, cottage cheese, soups, salads and boiled vegetables, e.g. potatoes or cauliflower. Dill sprouts and flowers are used during pickling cucumbers, whereas dill brew helps in a process of food digestion. Spring dill soup is cheap, easy to make and above all very tasty. Vegetable or vegetable-meat broth are the basis of the soup, obviously with a bunch of fresh dill. Other possible ingredients are new potatoes, seasonal vegetables, egg and it can be garnished with sour cream. The dish is low in calories and for that reason it can be served with bread or other baker’s goods.
